Monoprice Ultraslim HDMI Cable is Worth it

HDMI cables may not be the sexiest part of the technology world, but they certainly are the workhorses of it. The High Definition Multimedia Interface facilitates all those sharp images and crystal clear sounds you have grown to enjoy and love. Without them, we'd be left in the 480p dark ages.
So it was only a question of when, not if, the cables would be improved upon. They already all work the same, (don't let anyone convince you otherwise; a $20 cable works just as well as a $150 one) so it was time to improve aesthetics.
And Monoprice has done it. Their 60 foot cable is now ultra slim, much more conducive to bending and folding around TV setups and lighter, ensuring less stress on those thin HDMI ports behind your TV. The catch? The new RedMere chipset is unidirectional, reducing the copper used in the cable, but the heads go one way-- one into the source, the other into the display. So don't forget; otherwise it won't work.
Oh yeah, it's way cheaper than everyone else as well, coming in at $72 bucks for 60 feet of cable. We're already sold.
